Living where we do, I never came across anything in the $200k range. It just doesn't exist around the NYC metro area.

There are million dollar homes in San Antonio. Quite a bit of them, in San Antonio. Many, multi million dollar homes in Texas. In fact, there is lots of money in Texas.

You do not want to allow the defining lines between law enforcement (to include swat) and the military to be so mixed.

The ban on the military quartering in homes and the police using a home for a temporary situation are totally different cases.
