I remember it now.

I'm not even remotely surprised.
I was injured in the first gulf war, and it took me 10 years of fighting with the to get them to fix my ankle. And they still didn't do it. I actually had to pay for it out of pocket. It took letters from my congressman, senators and a letter from John Mccain to get it reimbursed. There is an old poem. it's called "soldier" "In time of trouble god and soldier all men adore when troubles gone and all things righted, god is forgotten and the soldier slighted" |
