Now it's not even safe to go into the parliament cafeteria inside the Green Zone. I'm considering taking my next vacation to Bagdad since it's so safe there now!

Fukin idiot. The navy doesn't have MOSs, dufus. We have ratings. In the Nuclear field we had NEC (Nuclear Enlisted Classification codes). Mine was 3363. Go ahead and google it.

Jack let me guess, first two year outstanding mark. Third year Article 15 Capt. Mast for dariliction of duty. 4th year ok behaved him self. 5th year Miss ships movement reduction in rank to E-2. Disgruntaled and discourage was baligerant to leadership and insobordinate to his duty. Time ran out for him when it was time to reup. thus the attitude for "lifers" am I close.
