I have a theory as to why the right might be against healthcare. It has nothing to do with being independent of the government (that is the bumper sticker for the masses) and everything to do with exploitation of communities and a wider availability of research data.
If we had a public healthcare system, we could better see where a given sickness is more prone to developing... Take cancer rates for example. If a given community is becoming strikened by an increase in cancer, you can target that area for testing the water, soil, and inspecting local businesses. What do you think? |
