A female lawyer for an anti-gay Christian group abducted a teenage girl and forced her to have sex on camera while on bail for child pornography charges, it is alleged. Lisa Biron, 43, was arrested by FBI agents in a Manchester courtroom while awaiting a hearing on district-level charges of possessing pornographic material on her computer. A few hours later, she was taken into a court in Concord, New Hampshire, accused of taking the teenage girl to Canada, making her engage in sexual activity and convincing her to let it be filmed. Biron, who is associated with the anti-gay group Alliance Defending Freedom, was initially arrested after a man walked into the Manchester Police Department claiming he had seen pornography on her computer. After a search of her computer, police found five videos and two pictures of a teenage girl on her computer. Biron was released on bail on seven charges of possessing child pornography earlier this month. After her arrest by the FBI, she allegedly told agents they would find a loaded pistol under her mattress. They didn’t find a weapon, but they did discover 200 rounds of ammunition in her Manchester home. The Alliance Defending Freedom, the anti-gay group Biron is associated with, is a group of reactionary Christian attorneys lawyers pressing litigation to curb reproductive rights and block the freedom to marry. ADF was founded in 1994 by more than 30 prominent Christian leaders, including Focus on the Family’s James Dobson and American Family Association’s Donald Wildmon, among others. The group has been fighting against gay rights for over 18 years. ADR recently made news for sending a memo to state officials in Maine, Maryland, and Washington, urging them to discriminate against gay couples by refusing to grant marriage licenses, Think Progress previously reported.

Another interesting report includes this: Prosecutor Helen Fitzgibbon called for Biron to be held without bond, claiming other juveniles have been subjected to Biron's sexual activity and drug use. Witnesses have testified to seeing Biron in possession of ecstasy, marijuana and cocaine, according to the Monitor.

For me the most interesting part of this crime drama has to do with how Ms. Biron became interested and child porn and the filming of a teenage girl in sex acts. Was she living an 'Older for Younger' fantasy after watching girl-girl videos featuring Nina Hartley? Did your fascination with younger females occur before she became lawyer for anti-gay Christian activism, as a means of gaining information and meeting potential partners? Who was the person who reported seeing porn on her computer, and how did that person discover her voyeurism? She either had a prior suppressed lesbian interest, or developed it working in her association as an attorney. Most of the answers to my questions will probably be difficult to obtain, since she is now enmeshed in the court system because of her crimes. She had to have known the legal risks of her behavior.

Does an editor cut out all the background the reporter has dug up? Does the reporter clap his hands over his ears to not hear what's being related to him? Some people have the job of looking for facts and reporting them to the public. Unless there's some national security at risk, most of us prefer to have more facts available. If it's not interesting, we stop reading. If the attackers on the Benghazi consulate had ties to al-Qaeda, that's a fact some of us want to know. The facts don't force anyone to extrapolate in any way to other Arabs, or Muslims, or etc.

I guess this is the question you're referring to, VB? I'll venture that the story is newsworthy because the perp, an attorney, was already arrested (and released on bail), for owning child pornography; apparently she was involved in producing it. Then upon closer investigation, she is found to be an agitator for discrimination against gays, women, and young people. In particular, she was opposed to people having self-determination. As a final desperate act against one young woman's freedom, she committed another terrible crime. Self-loather who should not have been released on bail, maybe?

User Details are only visible to members.	Christianity obviously gets a bad name from the perverts who operate under the name. Of course, the Great Perversion is that they use the name at all. So the only reasonable thing true Christians can do about them is to dissociate themselves as distinctly as possible. Television preachers seem to all have perverted the original Teachings. Christ said you should NEVER pray in public. Only in private, even if you have to go into a closet to be unseen by any but God. Making money by being a middleman between God and the individual is the ultimate blasphemy. It's entirely consistent that TV preachers are perverted in their sex lives as well as in their professions. It's just a matter of time that they are discovered embezzling donations to pay for their prostitutes, etc. A healthy morality has no desire for perversion.

Anyone who molests children in such a way is disturbing. When a non christian does it or an athiest does it it is a non story. But if a so called christian does it well then the sky is falling and Christians are all guilty of Hate.
