"Every email goes through a server."
So if I send an e-mail and even though I delete it right after I send it and the person I send it to reads it and also deletes it, that mail can be retrieved from the server that handles my e-mail account? How long does an average e-mail stay on the server? Days, months, years? I guess all the FBI has to do is know my e-mail address and then they can find the server it goes through? |

Remember the fbi had the e-mails because Kelly the women they where sent to turned them in to the FBI.
Yes le can access deleted e-mail, I think i read that they can do so for x number of days with out a warrent, then they have to get a warrent, I just don't remember how many days. |

I certainly would never count on it being gone, no matter what steps anyone ever takes.
If it's to or from a work email, I can virtually guarantee you it will be on their server for many years. |

The answer is it depends.
Every email goes through a server. Your sls emails are stored on the sls server, so even if you and the recipient delete them, admin still has a copy. |

I have a question hopefully someone can answer. If I send someone an e-mail and then delete it from my computer right after i send it and then that someone reads it and deletes it afterwards where does it go? I assume it is still on my hard drive, unless I maxed it out and was recorded over. Is that how they found them? Can they still be accessed someway without having access to their computers. If that is the case then does that mean that every e-mail ever sent since the start of the Internet can still be accessed or must you have one of the computers it was sent to or from to do this?

What ever happened to private military investigations til the trial is presentable?
There will never be a jury or court that is NOT tired of this soap opera by the time a trial(s) occurs. Lets hope nobody "has a heart attack or accident and dies" that are key witnesses. |

From my understanding Obama had weekly meetings with both the head of CIA and FBI. One of them should have told him, and I find it goddamned strange they did not. Christs sakes the times knew!
