This is why I am stead fast in my position that all people above the age of 12 stop beig children when they pick up a gun to do bad things. Now does that mean we execute them? Of course not... Extensive reeducation? Absolutely. Sadly conservatives will rather waste that needed money on killing morons in Afghanistan than rehabilitating the young minds of our youth here in the US. Treat the 18+ year old members of the gangs as domestic terrorist, traitors and try to fix the 17 and under crowd.

It is because of people like you, we cannot change the title of these gangs like me-13, the bloods and others into terrorist networks. They are not children. Children play with dolls and toy soldiers. Children play games and steal their parents porn magizines. Adults kill, rape and sell drugs. Adults know to recruit kids so to keep fools like you thinkin the they are just a social gathering... One that teaches boys to brutalize their neighborhoods. He who picks up a gun or associates with those who do, for any reason involving the ending of human life isn't a child, they left childish things behind and became adults.

They as a group avenge an attack on a member, your victory over that member if you stand up to them, they even hunt down yiur family and place hits on them if they can't get to you. These street gangs systematically hunt down women who leave their gang or the men of their gang and ruin them, many times with gang rapes. These gangs get kids as young as 7 years old involved with the drug deals by using them as look outs and later with sex, drugs and alcohol as they grow older. These gangs are more a threat to our national security than any radical jihadis from the middle east or domestic. These gangs are the rot that has destroyed nations. Any times throughout history.
