If you notice it actually deals with the 'civil war' (a legal UN designation) aspect very well, which explains quite a bit of why we or anyone else is not getting involved more.
I noticed that the Red Cross has designated it a civil war. But no one else has. And The Russian and Iranian certainly are involved. |
