How is a live and let live policy on foreign policy not the most sane policy? Lucky desires actions that can (if were lucky) cause a limited nuclear exchange in the region, World war three (if were not lucky). I am of the opinion that you don't bluff unless you are prepared for WWIII, because once the bullets start a flying, you have limited to no control on when they stop flying and what conditions they stop flying under. |

Parking an aircraft carrier off the coast is a threat of action... A threat the Russians will call and counter with their carrier killer cruisers. So your navy is so far away from help that will attack the Russians, how do you save what is led of your carrier task force? I don't know what your parents taught you about makin threats or bluffing, but they made it a point to call every bluff of mine, then punish me for not making good on my bluffs. You never bluff when you aren't prepared to pay the price of that bluff... And the price of the bluff you seek to make is war. |

No, but the US airforce does educate you on the effects of some chemical weapons... Which I only discribed the effects that you'll die by if you are lucky. If you aren't lucky, and your god really hates you... You might survive and then if you have children...with three heads, or other longer side effects. |
