You demand that the government give businesses bail outs (write offs, cover business expenses.... ect.) Yet you demand that the government not do this with the least educated, the least abled citizens of our nation? You want to be businessmen do not know the meaning of business. Not one of you on this forum are a businessman... you couldn't exist without the government holding your hand and providing you free money to open your business and keeping it open. I have met Afghan's, Indians and other who know more about business than you all combined. When they come to this country they thrive because they are use to being shot if they asked their warlord for a loan for their business. They are use to doing without and living like their employees live when they aren't doing well as a business... and yet paying protection money to their warlords. (equivalent is taxes to the government to provide a subsidized work force for you..) So it isn't I who am arrogant or ignorant... It is you, you do not realize that your own greed has destroyed capitalism and created a socialist/communist business environment where the businesses can not exist without the government.

Stupid programs are those which do stupid things with your money: Burn fossil fuel for no productive purpose, kill innocent people, cut down good trees, etc. Wasting resources is bad news. Spending money is neutral. Hiring people to do productive work is good.
