A man with a loaded hand gun demonstrated the behavior of a sociopath by carrying a loaded weapon, stalking an American citizen, and shooting him without provocation.
A man who murdered a boy using a loaded hand gun and demonstrating stalking behavior could be considered a psychopathic, white male racist. |

He went looking for trouble BECAUSE he had a gun!
I bet he would have waited for the police if were unarmed! Typical egomaniac, macho male bullshit! If the kid went after him and he had no way to flee, different story.... I hope Florida has a death penalty! |

I agree with Perm. This, in my opinion and my opinion only, the gun laws in every state should be much harsher. Too many lose cannons walking around with a gun, just waiting and wanting for something or someone to provoke them to use it. They are covered because of certain laws in certain states. Totally wrong. Look at Western Psych last week. The more the news covers the more shootings there will be of innocent human life.

Everyday people in Florida are permitted carry a loaded hand gun. Some everyday people are crazy, sociopathic. Some everyday people are crazy, psychopathic. Those same statements are true for Arizonans.
Give a psychopath or a sociopath a license to carry a loaded hand gun and you are permitting crazy behavior that kills innocent people. Having a license to carry a weapon is not the issue. Having a loaded hand gun and an attitude that it will be used is the issue. Having bullets to put in the chamber of the hand gun is the issue. Crazy everyday people should not be given a permit to carry or load bullets in their hand guns. |

"Suspicious black male" is no more a racial factor than saying "suspicious male wearing a white t-shirt and red shorts". It's just identifying the subject.

But reading about the law, it appears to protect that behavior.

That makes sense Akron. Race however is more in play than you think....
Simply because in the 911 call he mentioned a suspicious black male. So it will be put into play no matter what. |

The Stand Your Ground Law is not in play on this case. The shooter never felt his life was in danger.
This dude was a wannabe pretend cop playing Dirty Harry in his neighborhood. Their is nothing racial about this case. It's about a stupid douchebag overreacting. He deserves jail time. I suggest 2nd degree murder. There is no evidence of premeditation. |

Akron if you listen to the 911 call recordings he was suspicious because he was black. That is a simple fact and was stated by the shooter to the 911 operator.
I am not a Liberal Democrat hahahahaha that is funny stuff..... I am of independent mind so you can stop trying to egg that on... I do not fit the thinking of either of our 2 major parties .. I fall in the middle.... Never know which way I will sway.... But being in the middle can sometimes be a blast!!!! |
