I will first try to reason with you and if that fails, I will take said gun from you and shoot you with it! How exactly did you become the victim in this? Please elaborate for us in the cheap seats!! Do tell, maybe I'm not versed on the laws such as you, but in my state, you proved to be a dumb fuck and the law would be on my side! If he laid his hands on that kid and the kid felt threatened, he should lay waste to his ass for assault! Explain how the kid is at fault for protecting himself from a grown man with a gun in the dark?

Third no matter what once aggression ceases by one party the other party must stop aggression. In this case the man was on his back on the ground begging for his life.

User Details are only visible to members.	And for your information most gun owners are much less anal then non gun owners. The respect their right and do not wish to use, the stats bear this out. But what I do see is a lot of huffing and puffing and angry lynching mob mentality from the non gun owners. Odd isn't it?
