Casey Anthony was found guilty of something, can't remember what it was.
But legally, not in public opinion, for the crimes she was found not guilty of, she is not guilty. And without emotion or public opinion by standards of law of those charges, that would make her??? |

"Lots of opinions from somebody who has demonstrated they know little of the facts."
You are correct, Perf, FJ does look pretty stupid saying that a "not guilty" verdict means a finding of innocence, yet the person could still be found "negligent." "Not guilty" merely means the state did not meet its burden of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. As usual, FJ would rather argue the losing position rather than concede a simple mistake. |

Lots of opinions from somebody who has demonstrated they know little of the facts. Decisions based on emotion are the hallmark of a Liberal.
