Fj has it right as to what the law says.
I guess it comes down to the"if a tree falls in the woods and noone hears it,does it make a sound" If I kill someone and no one evers finds out and I am never charged, did i really kill anyone? justic is rarely about the truth, it's about what can or can't be proven. |

That is true Sweet, and they own, buy, carry guns, and do all the things other innocent until proven guilty people do.

but it swings both ways, there are a lot of people locked up for things they didn't do. It's the nature of our justice system. |
