We also can't use the water trapped in the atmosphere and not falling as rain as often, or when it does, it falls over the oceans or in areas where the water floods the land and then washes out to sea... Desalinizing the oceans. (again, not useful to us) |

FJ, they also don't take into account the amount of water lost per day in the NYC watershed system where millions of gallons leak out of the archaic system.
