User Details are only visible to members.	Obama's pension and blind trust. The DNC seems to be all up in arms and is using Romney's investments in China to paint him in a negative light. As those of you who paid attention to the last debate, Obama stammered and blundered and at the end uttered "It's not as big as yours" when Romney demanded to know about his pension which partly is being invested in China. It's possible of course, that Obama has no control over how his pension is being invested, apparently, it is part and parcel of The Illinois State Board of Investment’s. According to their 2011 annual report, it had 19% of its $11.5 billion invested outside the U.S., including holdings in many Chinese companies. If investing in China is not what we should be doing, does it not stand to reason that at least government employee pensions should be divested from China, and moved elsewhere? But, as we all know, that's not going to happen. Such a legislation will never pass :).

Seems natural I would make my point by drawing comparisons between two folks at opposite ends of the spectrum, both smart, each playing the fool in their own special way. I personally believe that if he does, we stand a good chance of a deep recession or even depression, but that is a far cry from posting the Nazi vitriol we constantly hear from the Right if Obama wins a second term. IMO no sane person would even consider it coming to pass. They posted the same crap in '08 and were wrong then. Why do they think it would be any different now through '16?
