Either a person serves or they don't. I don't give a damn about the reason. If he served as a missionary that is service to somebody. You do know that is one of the things Obamawhacky claims to support?

It is one thing to not serve, it is quite another to not serve and support a war. In any event, I wasn't talking about Obama/Biden or Romney/Ryan. I was talking about 8inch having served and VA bitching about 8inch receiving benefits for that service.

Is it possible to come up with a more worthless suggestion? If your tires need replacing, it doesn't matter what you put on your rims. If your wife needs a hair styling, it doesn't matter who does it or how. If you want something different for dinner, it doesn't matter what you eat. |

Romney supported the Vietnam War, but did not enlist. Instead, he got draft deferments and worked as a missionary for 31 months, for the Mormon church, in France. He also went out of his way to remove himself from the list of eligible for draft. But you are correct in that neither Obama, nor Clinton served. I just don't think they dodged draft like Romney did. |
