NK for the most part yes, but they will do more than review, each person on those petitions will find their way onto Obama's terrorist list. And we all know what he does with that list.

North Carolina cannot secede without changing it's constitution. Things will have to get considerably worse, or contradict the NC constitution as well as others states for it to come.
I think there is more likelihood that Texas and Alaska might secede. If they would be successful other states might follow. There is maybe a snowball's chance in hell the federal government would honor a "request" to secede. |
