In most precincts, results may be reported under one of two conditions: 1. The polls close. 2. All registered voters have voted. In practice, #2 is rarely encountered. However, in some very small precincts this may occur. And here's our first two: Dixville Notch, N.H: Mitt Romney (5); Barack Obama (5) - all votes between 12-1 AM! |
