Perf I agree, unless the protest has to do with the right to be topless. I have nothing against a rule or law stating that a person must have their nipples covered, but it must be for both sexes.

It used to be in St. Paul that dancers in establishments under one roof that served alcohol could be topless, but had to wear a G-string.
The way around that was to have a glass enclosed stage with access through a door that was not accessible from inside the bar- then they could be topless and bottomless. Not sure if that's still the case. It's been years since I was in a strip bar in St. Paul. |
