Analysis of Obama's initiative and jobs createion {September 2011}

"On the heels of President Obama’s speech to introduce his jobs plan last night, HRSA announced today that funding through the Affordable Care Act will promote job creation through health care expansion. More than $700 million in grants will go to expand, build and improve community health centers across the nation to improve services for low-income patients. Two funding opportunities will help to create thousands of job nationwide: the first opportunity will provide $600 million to existing health centers for service expansion; the second will provide $100 million for short-term projects to help existing providers address facility needs.

These awards are a part of the $11 billion in funding "

{Taken from a health care provider website}

Current economic news supporting the HRSA report.

The nation's largest provider of Medicare coverage, UnitedHealthCare in Minnetonka, Minnesota is already building a new corprate center and placing health care options kiosks and concourse purchasing booths in retail shopping centers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro areas and suburbs.

Romney created an impression that his plan was good for Massachusettes, but Obama's plan is bad for the country.

He cited some strange claim that Obamacare is bad for small business.

Medical Loss Ratio (MLR)

The Medical Loss Ratio provision is contained in the Affordable Care Act. It requires that health insurers spend 80 to 85 percent of premiums strictly on medical care. These funds are not to be utilized for anything else, such as administrative costs.

President Obama cites the similarities between the ACA and the Massachusetts plan as support of its effectiveness. Romney has stated that his plan for Massachusetts is different from what he would enact if elected president because the Massachusetts plan was a bipartisan solution unique to Massachusetts. He proposes to repeal Obamacare in favor of empowering the states to find individual solutions appropriate for each state.

{A partial thesis on the subject by a health care lawyer acting as counsel for a health care organization.}

Romney declared to his national audience that he "will repeal Obamacare when elected."

Every American has heard the term "Obamacare." Obamacare refers to what is more formally known as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, or the "ACA," which was passed by Congress in March 2010. The Supreme Court recently affirmed the constitutionality of the ACA by a vote of 5-4. The term "Romneycare" generally refers to the health reform plan in Massachusetts, passed in 2006, while Mitt Romney was governor.

Before delving into a comparison of Obamacare and Romneycare, one important distinction must be made: the ACA is a federal statute affecting every citizen of the United States while Romney's 2006 Massachusetts legislation only affects citizens of that state.

Below is a brief summary of how the Obamacare and Romney's 2006 Massachusetts plan compare:

Both Plans Include Individual Mandates

An individual mandate is a requirement that certain individuals purchase a good or service. In this case, the "good or service" is health insurance. While some parts of Obamacare have already gone into effect, the majority of the statute, including the individual mandate, do not take effect until January 1, 2014.

Romney also declared that will create hundreds of thousands of jobs, and that he has superior business experience than Obama.

How Each Plan Affects Businesses

Romney's plan for Massachusetts requires that any business with 11 or more full-time employees offer health insurance to their workers or pay a penalty.

Obamacare requires only large businesses (over 50 full-time employees) to offer health insurance or face a penalty.

A major difference between the two plans is that Obamacare includes a tax credit for small businesses that choose to offer coverage to their workers and Romneycare does not. The credits work on a sliding scale as long as the business has a maximum of 25 employees and pays average annual wages below $50,000.

Currently, small businesses are eligible for a 35 percent tax credit, but in 2014, the credit increases to 50 percent. The maximum credit of 50 percent will only be granted to businesses with less than 10 employees whose average annual wages are less than $25,000.

Gishmaneering is the bastardization of intelligence through the utilization of inverted intelligence and religious contamination.

Wicked Willard is a Lord of Gishmaneering and a Vulture Capitalist.

The Republic-con Party needs a Great Deceiver like Willard to steal another election in the so-called 'free world.' Military veterans of Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq invasion and occupations served to install a Republic with a democratic form of elections. Anyone who votes for expatriate and cowardly Willard Mitt disgraces and demeans an American military veteran.

Unmasking and revealing the tactics of deceit and economic terrorism are necessary and the act of a true patriot. As one of the true patriots of swinging adventures, I must provide insight to the merry band of buccaneer patriots who read these fora. Attention bards and buccaneers of American patriotism: Read this. Understand it. Reread this for comprehension. Proceed into battle with cutlass and dagger drawn.

During the first pretentious presidential political debate, Wicked Willard demonstrated the use of a doubly deceitful tactic: Gishmaneering, the Mormon version of the Gish Gallop.

Named for the debate tactic created by creationist shill Duane Gish, a Gish Gallop involves spewing so much bullshit in such a short span on that your opponent can’t address let alone counter all of it. To make matters worse a Gish Gallop will often have one or more 'talking points' that has a tiny core of truth to it, making the person rebutting it spend even more time debunking it in order to explain that, yes, it's not totally false but the Galloper is distorting/misusing/misstating the actual situation. A true Gish Gallop generally has two traits. 1) The factual and logical content of the Gish Gallop is pure bullshit and anybody knowledgeable and informed on the subject would recognize it as such almost instantly. That is, the Gish Gallop is designed to appeal to and deceive precisely those sorts of people who are most in need of honest factual education.

2) The points are all ones that the Galloper either knows, or damn well should know, are totally bullshit. With the slimier users of the Gish Gallop, like Gish himself, its a near certainty that the points are chosen not just because the Galloper knows that they're bullshit, but because the Galloper is deliberately trying to shovel as much bullshit into as small a space as possible in order to overwhelm his opponent with sheer volume and bamboozle any audience members with a facade of scholarly acumen and factual knowledge.

Idiots out walking around having fun together will neither understand nor comprehend the nature of the plutocratic beast who uses the Gish Gallop 'parley' to misdirect his listeners and viewers. Your cutlass and dagger of pirateering expertise will expose the liver and kidneys of deceit within the belly of a lying patriot.

Strike to the liver, mates. Some religions believe the internal organs of a man are the centers of divine intelligence. I know an orca family that enjoys feasting on blubbery liver of expatriates.

Phins up for minced Republic-con liver paste!

Yes. Willard has made it clear that everything good for America done by President Obama and Congress before the mid-term elections of 2010 will be nullified and redone so that he and the Republican Party get the credit for the good work done for America.

Redaction and redundancy are Mittista's themes.

I think Romney is actually doing a pretty good job...

Of course, he just abandoned his entire tax plan...

But he is sounding reasonable, so that will go a long way...
