If they want liberty, and freedom they must let go of their belief that somebody owes them. And that is not going to happen until the bubble bursts. The sooner this countries economy crashes to the very bottom the sooner that people may understand. The government was never intended to be all encompassing, the founders knew it could not sustain. People literally believe money falls out of the sky in the federal government. We see it in some of the liberals posts, they claim if states do not buckle to the will of the mighty they will cut off federal money. There is no federal money, it is money that is borrowed, or from taxes from the people, or it is outright created out of thin air. Yet the people who voted for Obama still believe in Obama money.

You have to somehow show them that their values and concerns are the same as yours and that your proposed solutions and your record is better than the competition." Your response was: "CT the republicans are not going to endorse handouts." It's your opinion and that's fine. In fact, I think that most Republicans think the same way which is why minorities are offended by that characterization of them and vote Democratic. Your response also indicates that you've just written them off. Still stand by your statement that Republican won't support minorities and their "need" for handouts?
