Why don't you all just write a check to make a wish? Reminds me of when bikers meet at the meth lab to see how much money they raised for toys for tots.

Perf I understand the shooting for charity, Every summer a bunch of people get together at a skeet shooting range, A fine one at that,, excellent stations, They have food, drink and raffle all kinds of stuff, But the thing I like most about it,,NO ALCHAHOL At all when shooting, After and guns are put away, Drink all ya want, all money raised goes to make a wish, Last one we raised 30,000 Dollars for them, I love to shoot skeet even more for a cause like that.

The mark of a good debater is that you can argue the other side as effectively as you can argue your own.

Most people here can't even argue their own side coherently.

Google 'charity shoot' to see how common it is and to get a sense of how much us 'gun nuts' contribute.

"Eh, guns and little league don't really mix but I don't have a problem with it. "

I've attended charity shoots for Cancer, The Blind, Autism, boyscouts, Emergency Medical Services, Make-a-wish, and Cures for Kids to name a few. All raising a lot of money for good causes.

I guess most people outside the 'gun world' have little idea how much we all contribute. Maybe if things like these got more PR it wouldn't seem so odd to many.

" Can't we have one dedicated to reactionary fucktards who freak out any time anyone does anything absurd like this without it being derailed? "

Well, that's just what reactionary fucktards do.
