Abe Lincoln Sept. 19th 1863 29% approval rating. Granted he only had half of his nation left but we all know what he did. But I must say even at 80% there would be people disagreeing with his policy. William Jefferson Clinton 39% 1996. At least drive and conviction will do that for yeah. At least he is not bowing to public opinion. and besides it is almost over guys, Oh thats right patients is not a liberal virtue.
