Now the punishment is the taxation you will now pay. If like a child you will stand there defiant... Than we will push a single payer system where by everyone will pay a tax for medical and those at the top will pay a ever greater amount for it. If you have been big boys and girls, you would pay less for it. If as responsible leaders of society (businessmen) and provided medical care to all who were employees regardless of hours worked... And only hired a select few to be a part time work force, your payments for the medical care would be far far less and you could even have hidden those payments in raising of prices of goods and services. Instead you chose to be obstructionalist. Well here is what you get for your troubles. We now have a national healthcare system which you will pay the lions share of anyway. When you find a way to make it fail (and I am sure you will.) we will adapt and increase both the cost and the tax on you. In the end, you will break first and here is why. You don't want this nation to become socialist or communist. You also do not want to start a civil war by pressing society too harshly... Because in every case you will lose more than you can gain... And that is bad business.
