The drone issue is pretty serious, but I don't recall such uproar from the right during the W. administration's lengthy campaign against human rights and Constitutional law. Or do bad things only count when a Democrat does them?(Or even worse, a black Democrat!)
What I find amusing is the "You should be sorry you voted Obama in" sentiment. Is this meant to suggest that Romney would have done anything different? Perhaps instead of blaming all us damn fool "libbers" who based our vote on facts and logic, you should blame the Republicans/NeoCons/Tea Party for their inability to put forward a competent candidate? |

Sending ground troops in would kill more people than sending drone bombers in. The ground forces would have to take a port city so to transport forces and supplies. They would have to secure routes to where ever they may go. Then inserting the troops into the town and or other location takes time, which allows the enemy to flee as our forces are easily seen driving along their roads. What you really don't like about drone warfare is that if you and your buddy militia friends choose to rebel against the US government... that these drones will be used against you and effectively rendering your guns useless against them. |
