Cplo: I'll admit my wording was poor, but I was attempting to express what I have seen many think of the Indians, what both history and action states we think of the native Americans. As I stated before. As a whole, this nation doesn't care about anyone. As a whole, we are destructive and a blight. Trying to use individual conversations when you get people alone or activist groups to repersent the whole of any nation is lying to yourself. Am I biased? Damn straight. If our society, one which worships victors and degrades the defeated cannot act to end the kids of violence we see in our streets today, what makes you think we care anything about a people who want to live in a compound aways from us? Taking tax money from us? Yes, we invaded and destroyed almost every native American tribe. Committed mass genocide. In truth. I do not believe that my society really cares. As for me bringing up my past. When you give personal insult, you make the conversation about the person. And yes, I am fully aware that there are those more damaged, who suffered worst than I did at the hands of people they cared for. But you know what? That is the ugly true face of our society. A maget infested dead dog, rotting from the inside out. The answers to how to help you will never come from the dead, and it won't come from the undead. So I strongly advise that you do not look to us for help... You will find no help to be had, but only a wooden sign saying. "abandon all hope." if you come looking for help from those who chase wealth and pride.

You've already decided that you want to change everyone's beliefs by telling them that 100's or 1000's of years of living and history and culture is a lie because some 27 year old man-child that got beat up all the time knows better. You can't ask "What do Native Americans want" and then immediately start preaching about what YOU believe they need, having as little insight to the Nations as you have. But that's what you do. In fact that's what you do constantly. To wit...Every damn post from you goes a little like this..."Here's my question, and HERE'S how I already have my opinion on the subject set in stone". You want to know what pisses off a "Nation" more than anything else. Someone telling them they are ignorant savages who need preaching and rules to save their mind and souls. Far worse has been happening to the Native Americans for over 400 years. People don't have "civil" conversations with you because for one reason or another you seem to be completely incapable of comprehending what the conversation is actually about. And you don't think you've been insulting? You referred to Miss Cpl's people and culture as "outdated trash" that has been kept around because of guilt. However the cost of this medical care is beyond that which I am able to afford and we aren't likely to take mental healthcare seriouslly for another fiftey years... So society simply must put up with me as society forged me... Worst yet many others into the people we are today. No vengence through the legal systems, no justice for crimes against us, only demands that we push harder and faster, no mater how broken we are made by the system. Thankfully I am a rareity. I didn't allow it to define who I am, I made it a part of me... But it doesn't control me in a negative manner. It granted me the ability to detach emotion and allow logic to be used without the burden of emotion. Had I not learned this skill, I would have become a statistic of alcohol, drugs and violence. I would have dishonored the name by creating a spectical in seeking revenge against people who do not and will never matter. Despite this single skill which allowed me to adapt to the environment I grew up in, I still consider myself to be unremarkable in ability, so I expect more from those claiming to be successful in life. I expect you to be smarter, I expect you to be able to solve societies problems. So far I have just about written the entire conservative and republican party off as people who do not believe in their own statements and infants crying for more food and producing only shit. The left isn't as bad, but their far left act like five year olds. You can talk with them, but only superficially. It is rare to find people who can actually discuss issues without emotion or without being dead set in everything. Read my post, in the last year, I have tried multiple angles to talk with the righties here and unless it is dog eat dog... They do nothing but belittle and degrade. Much like children. So I treat the. As such, I sit here and laugh when I poke them and see what they do.

But here's one last opportunity to spell it out in a way that you might understand. Imagine if someone forcibly entered your house, killed part of your family, took over the main living quarters and locked the survivors in the basement. As a reward for good behavior, your oppressors would toss you scraps of rancid meat and rice. Bad behavior along with an unwillingness to conform to their beliefs and way of life was met with degradation and violence. Now ask yourself.....what the fuck would you want out of that? T
