Sweet

That's 2 isolated incidents. If it became common, the citizens would stand up.

Sweet, how many troops do you think it will take to search EVERY home in America? Just think about that. While you are at it think about the ass whooping the ATF took at Waco before they called in more people, and at Ruby Ridge. And these were feds not military, who will have to act against their own families. And themselves! The troops here are not on board with this shit, most of them are gun owners, and 2A supporters.

I can't remember where it came from but they estimate that 3% of the US population will fight. And how many people is 3% of the population, just a guess I believe around 10 million people. How many troops and cops do we have. Many cases the people are better armed than the military and police. 5.56 is a wimpy round compared to most of the rounds we keep as citizens. Unless Obooboo wants to wage war and kill innocent men, women, and children there is no possible way. And once he starts doing that, even the hard left will turn on him.

People were extremely angered by Waco, and Ruby Ridge. Not that it is right but the extreme loss of life at Oklahoma City was in retaliation for both incidents. Virginia is probably one of the most armed citizen states in the US. And how far is it from DC?

Norc:

1) you are delusional.

2) most of this nation wouldn't turn out for war, he'll most of this nation didn't turn out for the first civil war, world war or even the second world war.

3) of those who do show up, they aren't going to be in their 20s, they will be in their 40s and older. Most on a drug of some kind... Your logistics will stop you at thirty day supplies of yiur pain killers and other.

4) then we have the fact that any community you enter would have its power cut to reduce the usable food and other resources you can use. Communications ect.

5) so keep threatening war, you will destroy the republican party for the next hundred years and forever mark it with a mark if shame it will never shake.

You have the election process, your only legitament means of changing this nation is with a vote... Not a gun. Use the gun and I will vote to have every rebel hung without trial as illegal combatants. If that is a violation if law, tough. You forfeited those protections when you chose to threaten my nation.

Robert: Again you show how stupid you really are. Your perception of the Native American Indian as well armed is straight out of what you have seen in Hollywood movies. In real life, if a firearm was recovered by an Indian, that said Indian had no training what so ever in how to fire or maintain it. Once the rounds were fired there were no more rounds left. All a rifle became was a good club. As an example: You have not walked the grounds of Little Big Horn. There is no recorded use of firearms by the Indians. It was all done with bow and arrow. A brave was expected to be able to shoot four arrows into a Buffalo within three seconds. That skill along with the soldiers of the 7th being on the march for about 100 hours without any recorded sleep is what led them into the ambush. And is a very good reason for Custer's very poor decision making process. Stupid is, stupid does. And you does stupid all the time!

neither one of those incidents were against well armed and determined people. At ruby ridge they had basic bolt action rifles, At Waco they had better arms but chose to burn themselves up. It is not the same as half of our country being pissed off. There are not enough Federal Marshals in this country to make a dent in that. You also have to realize that not all LEO's will agree with taking our firearms away. At least you understand that our military just can't be ordered into a policing action in our own country. With the use of marshal law some things can be done but even that has time limits and other limitations. Those folks who put this country together were pretty smart people

Robert tell us all again how you know exactly what our military personnel know, how they think, and exactly what they think???????

Is it because you have been in their boots??? No way in hell!!!!!!

Is it because you have received all the required classes on the UCMJ that all military members are required to take???? Again hell no

Is it because you have been to basic training, or AIT or jump school???? oh hell no....

Is it because you have spent years in combat??? that is a total laugh

Or is it because you have spent a year at a time on isolated remote tours with nothing to do but have discussions like this with the others who sacrificed time with those they love. You don't even understand this one and truly have no clue....

But you want us to believe that you know all about everything military.... That is a huge LOL and a HELL NO!!!!!

You still have no clue why they fight so you have no clue as to when they will and when they won't.

The vast majority of our military is from a conservative base and now you want us to believe that they are going to go our into the red states and kill their uncles, cousins, brothers, sisters and parents. Really??? That thought is just plain dumb. It will never happen.

It has already happen once, What really makes anyone think it can't happen again.

Looking:

Accept that in a free nation, things change. You wont always like those changes... You aren't expected to. What you are expected to accept however is to accept those changes as the price of livin in a free nation, with a free election system.

Rebellion because you cannot accept this is treason, traitors ought be beaten, their live body tossed from the highest peeks onto the sharpest rocks and left for nature to dispose of the bodies.

The soldiers know their duty is to the flag, no matter what elected official serves. Any soldier betraying that duty stops being a soldier fighting for freedom and becomes a fighter for a tyrrany of men murdering my countrymen so to impose their tyrrany at the point of their guns.

You and your buddies are dilusional if you think that you will win and impose your tyrranical government and make no mistake. Any government you impose after the war will need to be a tyrranical government to suppress the people.

Not that you would have the ability to defeat the military, or control communities.

Unlike the middle east, we have a civilization with a standing police force which will arrest you. A FBI and AFT agencies which Obama has kept from going after your self proclaimed millitias.

Give him a reason to unleash these agencies... And you will find that the US government won't even need the military to beat you.

During the 1980s and early 1990s, homicide rates surged in cities across the United States (see graphs at right).[25] Handgun homicides accounted for nearly all of the overall increase in the homicide rate, from 1985 to 1993, while homicide rates involving other weapons declined during that time frame.[26] The rising trend in homicide rates during the 1980s and early 1990s was most pronounced among lower income and especially unemployed males. Youths and Hispanic and African American males in the United States were the most represented, with the injury and death rates tripling for black males aged 13 through 17 and doubling for black males aged 18 through 24.[15][21] The rise in crack cocaine use in cities across the United States is often cited as a factor for increased gun violence among youths during this time period.[27][28][29]
