Rdy..what you are expressing is an often stated myth and misrepresentation of the Posse Comitatus act...that is NOT what it says or what it implies

Remember that the US military were last used in the US in WWII, a civil war which would break out would see the use of the military within our boarders again. That being said... As you said, most of these militia groups are loud mouths and likely would say something someplace where the government would discover their plot and strike with the FBI, ATF, and other against these compounds. If military support is needed, you could see the USAF using drone strikes... Or lending the US Air national guard the drones for the strikes. |

Your all assholes, the military is like the CIA they are prohibited from doing anything inside the borders of the US. Their only operations is outside of the borders of the US. So the pinheads that think the military will back their stupid rants are Loudmouth Stupid ASSHOLES.

I am so glade to hear that you believe that the military will obey the orders of the president... no matter what they maybe. So please inform FJep and others, that they are wrong when they think that the military will back them or other militia forces in over throwing a liberal government. |

They can make all the fucking laws they want, but it's the president that orders them to execute any order he gives them. The congress can't order the military to do a fucking thing (thank God).
You really need to go back to school and learn your American History. That's why the call the President the Commander in Cheif and congress is called ASSHOLES, No I'm sorry they call them FUCKING ASSHOLES. |

Robert....Troops who took an oath to protect the constitution, obey the orders of the president and of congress.
The US Military only obey the orders of the President of the US. Congress is in NO Way able to order the Military to anything. If you're gona make statements try to know what your talking about and make an effort to tell the truth. |

Don't forget right wing radicals... even on these forums keep saying that if the government comes for their guns... they will rise up and be supported by the Troops... Troops who took an oath to protect the constitution, obey the orders of the president and of congress. It is the right wing radicals who keep threatening a tyrannic overthrow of the lawfully elected government, at the point of their guns... This of course makes the argument to protect what 2nd amendment rights they have left, magnitudes harder. |
