I also believe that individuals that preach killing innocent people, just as the cleric did, should be held to the same standards as the cleric. If we are going to throw the constitution in the trash, then there is no reason not to go after the Adam Lanzas and snuff them out before they hurt our children. Anybody that thinks it is justified to kill innocent children anywhere is a Adam Lanza.

Soldiers have always been held responsible, and administrations and upper command a pass. There were many incidents prosecuted in Vietnam, and even for the gulf wars, up until Obama was put in charge. Obama is more worried about pissing on books, and dead bodies than he is with innocent lives being snuffed out. Even though our technology is far advanced from Vietnam. Obama is killing intentionally innocents, even if Obama is not prosecuted there is no excuse for following unlawful orders. Every soldier that kills a innocent intentionally should be brought to justice and executed.

fjep:

dead civilians are the result of all wars. To think you can have a war without them is to be fooling oneself. Worst yet, it is because of people like you that our soldiers are bound by ROEs that forced my father not to return fire while some of our soldiers were being shot at with heavy machine guns. He (my father) could have returned fire if not for director orders not to.

Why? Civilian considerations... The hostiles were in a home and it could have had civilians in it.

What were our soldiers told to do? bunker down and hope the concrete barricade last until the enemy runs out of ammunition.

If you are going to be at war... Be at war. If you are not going to be at war... then your troops are in their barracks in the states.

soldiers were prosecuted for INTENTIONALLY killing innocents during Vietnam

Fj are you speaking of the Tiger Force or the My Lai massacre ?

Because no one in Tiger force was ever charged and William Calley was paroled.

Bobby killing innocent women and children is not acceptable in any war. So go to hell, hopefully when Obama realizes your threats to others he will take appropriate action to get you there. Shame he did not give the order on Adam Lanza, instead of banning guns I could get on board with taking out possible child killers.

Fjep:

War is hell, innocence is destroyed by war. What more do you need to understand about war than that?

These civilians killed in war are the reminder to those who want war, that their wars bring death to more than the combatants, but the civilians around them. The fear that your children can be killed in a war another starts ought to compel you to remove from power and make those who would bring such wars to your home either dead or powerless in a prison cell someplace.

Failure to do this falls to the blame of only the civilians in a nation. As the civilians of Nazi Germany were at fault for the Nazi's, so to are the civilians around the enemy combatants at fault for not ridding their nations of these hostiles.

Conservatives hold people responsible, idiots hold tools responsible.

Sweet you are wrong, soldiers were prosecuted for INTENTIONALLY killing innocents during Vietnam. Obama and his crew are regularly killing innocents and nobody is answering for it.

So far hundreds of innocent women and children have been killed by drones. Has even one person been held accountable?

No one wants to see innocent people killed, But it has always been a part of war. We killed plenty of innocent people when we fire bombed tokyo and dropped to A-bombs on Japan. And all of thoes who died on 9-11 where innocent.

This war on terror is unlike any we have every fought,No one leader, no country to put a strangle hold on until they surrender.( Hell we are even giving money to the brotherhood.) It hasn't been easy to figure out how to fight. We have tried invading two different countries and all we have done is create a power vacum and chase the terrorist around like fire ants.
