This was my response this morning in another thread when it first came up. I'm a little surprised that Jack Welch tweeted this crap, and more surprised that he didn't admit the wacko nature of it when pressed. But, he's been slipping for awhile. |

Mostly bullshit methinks. These numbers are kept well secured and the people working on them have a high security clearance. It would be a scandal on the level of Watergate if they did cook the books, I doubt Obama would take the chance.... |

*Could* the Dept of Labor fudge numbers for political purposes? Probably. *Would* they? Eh, maybe. *Did* they? I have no idea. Without evidence of some kind to back it up, it's just wild speculation, so I will not jump on a "bullshit numbers" bandwagon.
