This means that we have no official culture, no official language, other than acceptance of all languages and cultures which do not contradict our laws. There are several countries aropund the world that will harbor our fugitives and eneimies of the Untied States: Mexico France Brazil Venezaulia Argintina Switerzerland Canada (if it is a death Penalty case) Ireland Belguim Costa Rica El Salvador Pakastain Nigeria Chad Austrillia (and the list goes on) there are actually very few countries that will turn over criminals that run from the Untied States and possible subversives

User Details are only visible to members.	to clear this up: American laws do not pertain overseas unless: 1) you are stationed in a US embassy (embassy's are considered that coutries territory) so it is sovergien US soil. (every counry recgonizes that it is international law) 2) Also those on US military Bases, those also are considered US soil. Other than that the laws and rules of the Untied States do not apply to forgien soill. Now as for merritime law once a ship flies the flag of a country it automatically becomes soverigen terriotory of the country in which the flag it is flying. Again though Robert you contradicted yourself: We were discussing Illegals and the english speaking only Untied States and You feel it is ok to speak spanish in this country but now you say when you are overseas you have to follow the rules language and customs of that country. so which is it: is it ok for the Untied states and its citizens to push their language and customs overseas or should we follow thier laws and customs and if so should it not be the same in the US? You cannot have it both ways you are on one side or the other. Me personally I believe that we should follow the rules customs and languages of other countries when we are in them, but when they are in the Untied States follow our laws customs and language

Once you set foot on foreign ground or planes or ships, you follow those rules. Millions of ppl were imprisoned or executed by their government or other groups throughout the world. As for any person bearing arms against or assisting an enemy of the US, becomes an enemy of the US. In a language you might understand.....
