(against all aggressors) Their education provided for by the UN. Their culture of hate and death forced to change to building and becoming more worldly. (I actually like this term. Good job of its manufacturing.) Like I said... A long process of 50 plus years. Many more would die along the way... But anything short of reconstruction at the threat of simply becoming a UN nation... Maybe the first real UN nation is the only path forward at this time.

For the past 6+ decades, the world, and Israel in particular have been pouring money and education into the West Bank and Gaza. In addition, United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees [UNRWA], a UN group specifically designated to deal with palestinian education work and other civil issues has been working there for the past 60 years. For the most part, the palestinians have no desire to become more worldly, more educated. Their goal is not that at all. Their goal is resist Israel's existence. They produce children like peanuts, precisely for that reason. These two incidents which took place in the last year exemplify it: 1-UN Education summer camp for kids in Gaza, a day camp where kids were taught how to read, do basic math and play. Was blown up, the thugs that blew it up claimed that they don't want the palestinian children to be brainwashed by the westerners. 2- palestinian prisoners, smuggling sperm in an attempt to impregnate their wives, to produce more palestinian bodies to outnumber the Jews.

This is the case of all third world nations which have the woman as a home body, cooking, cleaning and tending to the kids. They are little better than breeding vessels. This is why once the Palestinians stop shooting and hang their radicals... It is of the utmost importance that Israel and the international community hand them blue prints for a government, provide protection for the Palestinian country which will be made and dump truck money and more importantly educate every last female. Government: Doesn't matter what type, so long as the woman have a equal say in it. Empowering them will allow them to become free from the breeding vessel status they hold and over time reduce the number of children they produce per woman. Education and employment: Must be within their nation, but until they have proper teachers to provide Math, science and other skills needed for becoming doctors, lawyers and architects... They will need to be taught by other middle east teachers. (not western teachers and no religion in the classroom.) protection: Until Palestine has had a generation (fifty years plus) to bury their hate for Israel and Israel their own... this new Palestine will need protection from all sides. It will also need a nation to train its people to become police and detectives so to investigate their own people and root out radicals where ever they maybe. Without all of these things, no nation built in the lands that would become Palestine will be able to stand for more than a few years. It's expense will be triple the cost of Afghanistan and Iraq combined and likely cost many lives in the process.

We have already established those who commit those acts of retaliatory violence are both rare and have been provoked, and commit the acts against a government ruling party in which "there shall be no Palestinian state west of the Jordan River" in their charter, so why do you continue to defind the enite issue based on them?

Launching rockets on Israel, knowing that Israel will rightfully retaliate by devestating everything around the launch site so to ensure that the people who launched the rockets are dead... Yeah, they are radicals. Preaching from the pulpte to strap bombs to your children and send them at Israeli troops? Yeah, they too are radicals and the people in the communities where the missiles are kept and launched from must learn to attack their radicals who would continue the war they cannot win. Little untold fact of Iraq. When radicals kept sniping our troops from buildings in a community, the marines told the locals to do something about the snipers or the marines will. One attack later, the marines drove a tank up to the the line of sight and opened fire with one round knocking the building down. The following morning, the snipers were dead with their throats cut and the sniper rifles handed over. The marines never had another problem with that neighborhood again. These people respect you only when you make it clear that you will take very thing from them. Only when the shooting ends, can one start rebuilding and these people must choose to stop firing and start rebuilding.

That is the price of a nation, proving that you can uphold peace... Least another club you along with those you allow to bed down with you. It sounds cruel, but this is one of those unmistakable realities you can not escape. The people must learn that they must take up the mantle of their own future and that future must be without the radicals.
