Police discover that a suspect that they have is an illegal alien... He/she commits a crime... After they do their time for the crime, they ought to be kicked out of the US back to their native country. Now we all must be real and accept some facts. We can't kick 11 million people out. Mass migrations damage the best of economies and we don't want failed states just south of the US boarder.... Wel any more failed than it is. I haven't said that E varrify was a bad program... In fact it is a good program. Like the ID to vote thing, it needs some simple fixes, about ten years for the implamentation of and the proper funding to ensure that everyone can get their birth certificates and proper ID. My generation won't have the problems, yours and your parents generations will. The only means to get rid of those you do not want hanging around is to starve them. But you can't do that in a wild west hunt down the ingins manner. You need to do it humanely and there must be a path to citizenship. 17 and below should be granted amusty. 18+ ought to be granted two choices. (military service, A paroled visa with a GPS ankle braclet and the mandatory passing of a stricter test for citizenship) Obviouslly we would have illegals too old to work, and sending them back to their native nations would be a death sentence in most cases... So they too would have to be granted some kind of status. Common sense dictates that if we kick them to the curb, they will commit crimes to survive. So you will open your pocket books one way or another. I myself woukdnt want to see a ballooning prison population, do you?

(CNSNews dot com) – The men and women charged with enforcing federal immigration law are being prohibited from doing so by the Obama administration, according to Chris Crane, president of the union that represents officers and agents employed by the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). “I think most Americans assume that ICE agents and officers are empowered by the government to enforce the law,” Crane said on Wednesday at Senate Judiciary Committee meeting on immigration reform. “Nothing could be further from the truth. “With 11 million illegal aliens in the U.S., ICE agents are now prohibited from arresting illegal aliens solely on charges of illegal entry or VISA overstay – the two most frequently violated sections of U.S. immigration law,” said Crane, who heads the National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council 118 of the American Federation of Government Employees. Consequently, ICE is falling apart, he said. “Agents report that if they encounter suspected illegal aliens in the public, they cannot arrest them,” Crane said. “Their instructions are that only if an alien is first arrested by local police on criminal charges may ICE agents and officers consider making an arrest.” Crane testified at the hearing as Congress considers passing legislation that would offer an “earned” pathway to citizenship for the estimated 11 million illegal aliens living inside the United States. Crane’s comments are, in part, based on the “prosecutorial discretion” memorandum issued by ICE Director John Morton in June 2011 that said the priority of the agency would be to identify and remove “criminal” illegal aliens. Department of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano testified on Wednesday about immigration at a Feb. 13, 2013 hearing of the Senate Judiciary Committee. (CNSNews dot com/Penny Starr) Crane testified that DHS and the Obama administration will alow ICE agents to enforce federal immigration law only if aliens have committed major crimes. “If an alien is arrested by local police and placed in jail, again, ICE agents may not arrest them for illegal entry or VISA overstay,” Crane said. “New policies require that illegal aliens have a felony arrest or conviction or be convicted of three or more misdemeanors. “So, many illegal aliens with criminal convictions are also now untouchable.” Crane said. “ICE is crumbling from within,” Crane said. “Morale is at an all time low as criminal aliens are released to the streets and ICE instead takes disciplinary actions against its own officers for making lawful arrests. “It appears clear that federal law enforcement officers are the enemy and not those who break our nation’s laws,” Crane said. “Whether it be our current immigration laws or future reforms – all will fail as long as individuals can pick and choose which laws enacted by Congress will be enforced. “Operationally, ICE is not prepared or able to properly perform its mission and the interior of the U.S. is not secure,” said Crane, referring to ICE’s role to enforce immigration law inside United States while Customs and Border Protection are tasked with arrests and apprehensions on the border. Crane said his union has sent a letter to the president asking him to include ICE officers and agents in discussions at the White House on immigration policy – an invitation he said has not yet been forthcoming. “President Obama has excluded ICE officers and agents from all input on immigration reforms, as well as ICE and DHS arrest policies,” Crane said. Crane also criticized DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, who testified ahead of Crane about the success of her agency in enforcing immigration laws, including what she called record numbers of illegal alien deportations. “Secretary Napolitano describes these new policies as smart and effective,” Crane said. “I can assure you they are neither.”

Unlike the nations you mentioned... There is a very large mistake you have made.... It is assuming that we in the cities in the US aren't able to be equally blood thirsty as you are. If you show that you are willing to kill millions by shutting the water off... I will assure you, the city folk will be willing to do any level of harm. If need be, we would turn to the gangs and tell them... The areas outside the cities are yours to do with as you please. The people, your's to rule so long as the water, electricity, ect... flows. This solves two problems. 1) You and your insurgents. 2) Gang populations. You will kill each other, they will profit from taking what you have and we will be rid of their damaging influences. It would be sending one terrorist to kill another. It works quite well.

Your method of warfare might be a major inconvenience to we city folk, but we have plenty of unemployed people whom we can and will retrain to work your fields. And matches still work quite well robert. Some folks on other pages have called this domestic terrorism but it is really how the side without an army fights and wins wars in this day and age. Blow up the tube or aqueduct that takes water to the city put a lot of holes in it in many different places at the same time. Blow up a dozen of the big electrical towers that will take months to replace stop the flow of food into the cities. war is won. Government is not too busy taking care of a hundred million refugees to do much to anyone else and the freedom fighters just fade back into the population, until the next time.
