Original Starting post for this thread:
Senior Internal Revenue Service officials knew agents were targeting tea party groups as early as 2011, according to a draft of an inspector general's report obtained by The Associated Press that seemingly contradicts public statements by the IRS commissioner.

The IRS apologized Friday for what it acknowledged was "inappropriate" targeting of conservative political groups during the 2012 election to see if they were violating their tax-exempt status. The agency blamed low-level employees, saying no high-level officials were aware.

No High official were involved? LMAO

I am happy that you support the ammo manufacturers as you do. They are maximizing their current resources, garnering sales without advertising expense by having all they can produce sold effortlessly to the taxpayer.Capitalism seems to be working for them.

Business will manufacture at it's normal rate knowing the admin will stop buying soon and it would be poor business to get stuck with overstock. If you haven't noticed the admin is mired in deceit and confusion throughout and will most likely change all it's agenda in self defense .

Were capitalism working, the invisible hand of the market would have compensated for the shortage...

Sorry about that San, I just looked it up. It wasn't the IRS, it was the SSA buying hollow point .357 Sig.

I complained at a large, well known sporting goods store near me about them occasionally having 9mm, .380, .40 etc., but never having .357 Sig on the shelves. The salesman said the IRS was buying up that type, and they had just bought 174,000 rounds.

I should have looked first...

Well I guess I should have spent some of my massive wealth and gift wrapped it for you LMAO. The riots you speak of will not happen. People like you as you have stated are just sitting back and waiting for change. Good luck with that. The riots you speak of would only effect the cities. That is were you have most of the liberals at. You will not see it in out in the less populated areas. For one reason the people will not let it happen.Like I have asked you before. What have you done to try and promote the change you speak of?? Posting here does nothing. Unless you take the time to go to your local city or county board meetings and work with your local elections you have no right to preach to the ones who do.Get off you ass and do something to change this country for the better instead of just blaming the MAN for keeping you in the basement. You are just jealous of people who have made something out of themselves and you have no clue how to go about doing it. Like it or not this country was founded on hard work. You need to think about what JKF said and apply it to your life. Then and only then will you be a productive member of the nation.

Vacp:

None of the above.

The only concern I have is the betterment of all people, that the higher morals of humanity are met. What ever form of government it takes to do this, is what I prefer.

So mix and match everything until we make something better... Then take that something better and mix and match it until you improve upon it again. Rinse and repeat.

You are incapable of this, you won't allow this to happen. Why? Because you cling to outdated ideals which never really existed.

Sense as far back as the revolutionary war, we have lived in a state which you define as Welfare capitalism.

How have we always lived in this state of Welfare capitalism?

Because a government existed and the government wasn't run as a capitalist system where by the government made money by selling goods... To have a capitalist government system, the government must own factories and sell directly to others... That is communism.

So to have your ideal world, we must be without a government. That just isn't going to happen, there for we are trapped within Welfare capitalism where by the government invest into the corporations which exist within the US by means of taxing the people and giving that tax money to companies the government believes will improve the people's lot in life.

People need a reason to work, work ought not be the only thing you do in life, for when you become as old as you are... You become closed minded and ignorant of other ideas.

So a 40 hour work week is the best balance of work vrs time to expand one's mind to discovering the end state of improving all of humanity while raising a family.

You think that you are set for life, but while you and your generation was off working so hard, you failed to maintain the foundations upon which this nation was built and now those foundations have cracked and the nation will likely crumble.

Your wealth will quickly become meaningless, your skills useless as no one will have the money to buy your goods or services and in the riots or as a result of the mass violence in the streets, your second amendment rights will be suspended or done away with.

Now you are left defenseless and dependent upon a 30 minute police response... if we still have police which i doubt we will, not a police which is meant to help us, but rather a police which is meant to maintain control over the population.

In your endless search for greed, you have planted the seeds for the total loss of freedom. Thank you for this unwanted gift.

Robert: Which would you prefer??Hell I already know but I got to ask.

Capitalism is an economic system based on the private ownership of the means of production, with the goal of making a profit.

Welfare capitalism refers to capitalist economies that include collective-bargaining agreements between very successful employers and labor unions on employee wages and working conditions, and other active concern for the welfare of various social groupings such as by laws and social-security programs.

State capitalism is usually described as an economic system in which commercial (i.e. for-profit) economic activity is undertaken by the state, with management and organization of the means of production in a capitalist manner - maintaining the conditions of wage labor arising from centralized ownership. A state capitalist country is one where the government controls the economy and essentially acts like a single huge corporation, extracting the surplus value from the workforce in order to invest it in further production. The term “State Capitalism” is frequently used in two different ways: first, as an economic form in which the state performs the role of the capitalist employer, exploiting the workers in the interest of the state. In the Second, we find that a condition is defined as state capitalism (or state socialism) under which capitalist enterprises are controlled by the state. This definition is misleading, however, as there still exists under these conditions capitalism in the form of private ownership, although the owner of an enterprise is no longer the sole master, his power being restricted so long as some sort of social insurance system for the workers is accepted.

San:

If you want to complain about having a socialist state, bitch to the businessmen who failed to provide and make capitalism work. Their failure to buy the loyalty of the people lead you to this place, nothing else.
