Through rain, hail and snow, through hurricanes and fires, the unstoppable seniors will make it, they'll get on their scooters and vroom vroom toward that booth!!!
What is your real question here. |

Seniors turn out to vote more reliably than any other demographic. Period.

Do you think seniors would be as likely to brave the elements and power outages if this storm has some of the more egregious effects they are claiming for it?
Most of the seniors I know (actually quite a few are clients) like to social aspects of voting. Seeing your friends that volunteer, going out for cake and coffee after, etc. I also know these folks have been all over us in the last few days getting ready for this storm and most claim they will stay right where they are safe and sound until the 'all clear' is sounded. I haven't yet asked them if it will affect their voting... |

With many utility companies predicting power outages for 50% of customers and some could be without for more than a week, will Sandy affect the election? What will happen if there is widespread outages? Which candidate do you think it will harm? Which will benefit?
Basic logic to me says that the older population will be more likely to stay home.... |
