The former New York mayor upset some firefighters and police officers when he said Thursday in Cincinnati that he was at ground zero "as often, if not more, than most of the workers." "I was there working with them. I was exposed to exactly the same things they were exposed to. So in that sense, I'm one of them," he told reporters at a Los Angeles Dodgers-Cincinnati Reds baseball game. Later, he amended his statements, sort of, "I think I could have said it better," he told nationally syndicated radio host Mike Gallagher. "You know, what I was saying was, 'I'm there with you."'

LOL I have never thought I could muzzle you anyway. Deb probably can though! LOL Oh and by the way, I don't have any real disagreement concerning how money is spent by the states. I personally believe money should be allocated for a specific purpose and used for that purpose with any exception completely justified to the people in the form of referendums on the ballot.

Obviously a "guess" based on your own hatred as you have no facts that the vessel was union at all. "People should be free to work where and when they please, and the pimps in the unions want to control not only their members but non-members as well. " I would not totally disagree with this statement. However, nothing in your post invalidates anything in my earlier post.

I would not dream of changing your opinions of unions, you're decision. "...Well the bridge in MN is an example of their work." I don't believe you can site the bridge collaspe as an example of their work. First you haven't got a reason for the bridge collaspe as of this date, therefore, you are only using your hatred of unions as the unproven cause of this collaspe. Second, while there is definite infrastructure inadequacies in anywhere from 2% to about 22% of bridges in this country (varies by state), you are discounting that the other 80-88% of the other bridges are not on the list as potential problems as this bridge was and guess what.....those bridges were most likely built by union workers as well. I personally think that if anyone feels you could ever eliminate catastrophic failure of a structure regardless of union or nonunion construction is living in some uptopian vision in their own head. When I was around 14 (some 40+ years ago), the bridge in Huntington WV leading from Huntingto, WV to Ohio spanning the Ohio River collasped killing many more than this disaster in MN. A few years back (15-20), the bridge here in St. Petersburg leading to Sarasota was struck by a shipping vessel, catastropically collasping the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. What is it they say.....shit happens! There will always be catastrophic failures of structures do to many different reasons. An attempt to blame unions for these failures blindly without knowing the cause is short sighted.

They portray them selves as gods and that if they didnt do it it got done wrong, Well the bridge in MN is an example of their work. And the very idea that if you are not union you cant work is socialist, Every American has a RIGHT to work where and when they please.

User Details are only visible to members.	Most companies put up ads to tell the public how good they are and why they should buy the're product or services. Not in a dirty low down insult or false hood. I have never advertised that my compitition is bad or that they are bad for customers. I simply tell them why they should do business with me. So attacking someones business is one way to get business, since you cant get it on merit. Is that what your saying?

Putting up billboards to convey their message seems to me to be "advertising". In a "free market" aren't even the unions allowed to advertise?? If the answer is yes then would they not be able to advertise that non-union would be bad for St. Louis or any other city? After all any company that advertises puts down the other choice as not as good or not as beneficial.
