User Details are only visible to members.	I was not discussing the quality of Fox News. I was discussing the fact that they are #1 in cable news by a long shot with no signs of that changing. I am not assigning any meaning to their ratings numbers other than the fact that they are #1. Period. There's no denying it. They are not dwindling. To say otherwise is ignorant at best and an outright lie at worst. How many more ways can I say it?

Its 6 a.m. show drew almost double the ratings of CNN's top-ranking prime time show. But, as rival MSNBC was quick to point out, and BuzzFeed was quick to trumpet, Fox News had its worst prime time ratings in the coveted 25-54 demographic since August 2001, and its lowest total day ratings since June 2008. ... a pattern that emerged in 2012: Fox News viewers tuned out en masse from Democratic-themed events, causing the network's ratings to plunge during the Democratic National Convention, the hours immediately following Obama's re-election, and the president's inauguration...

Kind of like Budweiser may sell more beers, and McDonalds may sell the most "meals". They aren't good or nutritious, but they're predictable.

"Fox's dwindling ratings" While the merits of Fox News can be debated, I've never seen anyone pretending they weren't by far the highest rated cable news channel. Are you unaware, or are you knowingly fabricating that statement? According to Neilsen ratings, FNC has been the #1 rated cable news channel - consistently - since 2002. The top 11 cable news channel programs are all FNC programs. And this is not "dwindling". "Overall, it was FNC's second highest rated delivery ever in Total Viewers for both Primetime and Total Day."

Zimmerman, a former neighborhood watch volunteer, is charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black teenager, on Feb. 26, 2012, in Sanford, Fla. He has pleaded not guilty. On Wednesday, O’Mara’s firm, which runs the website GZ Defense Fund dot com, tweeted that there was an update to the site. In the update, the lawyers say they are preparing for a hearing on Zimmerman’s self-defense claim, possibly in April, but need money in order to pay legal expenses. The lawyers say on the website that as of a month ago more than $300,000 has been raised to pay for Zimmerman’s defense, but also say that when O’Mara first took the case last year, many legal analysts predicted the defense would cost more than $1 million. The attorneys say neither O’Mara nor his co-counsel Mark West has been paid for their services. This is how the, $314,099.07 raised by the defense fund has been spent, according to the site: •Bail bond - $95,000 •Household/living expenses - $61,747.54 •Security - $56,100.00 •Law firm support and infrastructure - $40,647.64 •Case-related expenses - $35,588.07 •PayPal and fund management fees - $7,924.22 •Other expenses - $3,201.04 Zimmerman, who is of white and Hispanic descent, has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge. He says he shot Martin in self-defense after Martin attacked him. He is free on bail.
