Fjep:
The real wild west had blanket bans on guns in town. If you were seen with a weapon, you were either 1) immediately off the range and heading to your home to clean up and put away your guns. 2) A criminal enter town or passing through town on your way to the saloon for the night. Many law enforcement officers of the wild west would arrest people carrying weapons. ht tp://w ww.huffingtonpost.c om/adam-winkler/did-the-wild-west-have-mo_b_956035.ht ml |

"Or a fictional wild west where the movies have people being armed and women with single round guns under their skirts. "
"Fictional", Robert, if you bothered to do research you would find the "Wild" west was not wild at all. In fact cities with more gun control laws today are the wild west. And the towns of the past with gun control had more violence then those that did not. There are no facts at all to support the completely stupid, ignorant, dumb conclusion that open carry, and/or conceal carry by citizens results in anything but peace, and safety. |

Robert in the county I live in almost 65% of the people have CCW permits. You see A LOT of people walking down the street with weapons on their hips. We have no violent crime. We have a few house break in's but very few. The biggest crime here is someone writing a bad check. It is not the wild west by any means. We are normal people not crazy people. We don'y carry out of fear we carry because it is the way we were raised.

"Think of the jobs lost in emergency rooms and the funeral industry,
Liberal logic. If you ban guns no one will ever die. " Everyone dies eventually, but you surely know that many currently die and are wounded by guns. Don't blame others for your own logical short-circuits. |

I spoke to the Glock dealer today, he said Glock has a back order of 8,000,000 pistols. Guns and ammo are impossible to buy. He said we can thank Obama.

The reason for the far reaching gun control laws is simple. You refuse to allow any law, any study for law, anything to be done which isn't turning the US into Iraq where everyone must be armed.... Or a fictional wild west where the movies have people being armed and women with single round guns under their skirts.
Your unwillingness to allow any study, any law to be made makes the largest voting blocks upset and we vote more liberal minded candidates into office. This is historicall proven by the last 30 plus years. So in effect, you are losing power and will continue to do so. Good bey. |
