JMN,
I am the compliance officer. Secondly I'm not asking people for their money. I could very easily at MY risk tolerance level produce enough income for me to live comfortably of gains i could produce on my million dollars. I require less than 70k a year to live comfortably. I live well below my means. I offered no one any advice. |

If you had a million dollars, and put it in an on line savings account at 4-5%, you could get 40 to 50 thousand a year.
Lots of people in this country live on less than that. In fact, median income is less than that. |

Well, did I call it or did I call it? A few days ago I said that Bush would show up out in SoCal standing atop burnt rubble and ash for a photo op, and sure enough the man didn't let me down. He's so predictable it's pathetic ....

When I was in grad school 10 years ago, it was fashionable to buy a two bedroom bungalow in Venice, CA for over half a million. Then they would tear down the house and build something bigger on the land.
The report I saw on the diaper stuff said the guy they profiled paid $4,300 to cover his house. He must have a pretty big house. |

well some of the small plain homes they have been calling million dollar, evidently have appreciated way beyond reasonable. A million here buys you a very nice spread, especially now.
