Original Starting post for this thread:
This last week before the national election, some PACs are flooding the airwaves with desperate-sounding appeals to disconnected voters.

Today I heard the voice of older man speaking with a Slovakian accent, and having lived most of my young life in an international culture with immigrants from northern Europe, I listened to what sounded like a familiar voice.

The male spoke about his belief that American immigrants haven't learned their lesson, and that's why he is voting as a Republican in this election.

It was among the most idiotic teevee commercials and statements I have heard. The Republic-con Party must have sent Mormon Dementors to his home multiple times to elicit an incoherent testimonial from someone obviously knowing little or nothing about the inscription at the base of the Statue of Liberty. His attitude about American government was adversarial. He didn't learn that at his naturalization orientation. He could only have learned that from Republic-con operatives.

I learned that civic insanity is one of the highest values of the Republican Party! God save us from their insane political commercials!
