It surprises me how many people think that foreign aid isn't a necessity.

Foreign aid (depending on which part of it) is a necessity. It can be adjusted, it can be revamped, reduced etc... but it can not be done away with. This is 2013, not 1013.

Sed the way i see it all the programs you listed are noble programs, But none of them are vital to the survival of our nation and should be put on hold until we can afford them. along with a number of other programs including foreign aid.

i don't know about anyone else, but when i am broke i cut out unnecessary spending and concentrate on the basic needs.

United States Supreme Court said Social Security is welfare not a return on investment. So it is a tax and I am receiving 'welfare' in the form of Social Security payments.

Obama, wants our Debt to go as high as he can make it so when interest rates go up we can't pay the interest and default. HE WINS.
