Police can use drones with a warrant that are low altitude and specific. As far as pot fields they don't need drones for that either. Satellites work fine for spotting fields, there is no expectation for privacy for a field. There is a expectation of privacy for someones private space/home. Holder has backed down and admitted that drones CANNOT be used to fire on US Citizens on US soil. Stop being ignorant, educate yourself before talking out of your ass.

User Details are only visible to members.	Fjep: First the police forces (drug task forces) can scan for drugs grown in the yards of anyone they desire. They do it all the time on the west coast. Second, the air force has never had a reason to train me in the use of anti tank weapons. If you aren't being deployed with the weapon, you don't need the training and it would be a waste of money and time to train you in its use. Third. Even if you have a M2, the likelihood of you striking the drone before it reports the locations that the round was fired from is extremely small. Worst yet, such shots would be a risk to more than just you. If the drone is damaged, not destroyed and crashes into someone's home... You become both criminally and personally liable. You can find yourself in personal lawsuits and possibly in jail.

And high altitude puts them in the US at odds with the constitution, unless the property being spied on is extremely large. The courts have already ruled they cannot spy without a warrant. Now to the drones that are actually used domestically, they are NOT high altitude, but low altitude, where they can hover over a specific property with a warrant. They can easily be shot down with a simple twelve gauge shotgun. And even high altitude drones have to land and take off. Maybe if you would do some simple research you would not look like a moron. One only has to look at google maps to see how stupid a drone is for mapping. Which would be the only legal use in the US. As far as drones striking US citizens on US soil, one of your heroes has had to backtrack and admit it is ILLEGAL. So your little fantasies of spying and killing American citizens bubble has been burst. But then if you were smart enough to actually look, you wouldn't be such a embarrassment to the left. As far as google maps on satellite displays, a letter to google will result in them blocking images from view. Government cannot access the images without a warrant. I believe there are a couple towns in the midwest that are blocked. They will also block street view upon notice, and again gov cannot access those without warrants.

The power of the weapon is likely why it killed so well. 3) it still won't take down a drone... They fly too high up when spying.

User Details are only visible to members.	Just: No rifle can shoot down a drone, they simply fly too high. More over, if drones are shot down, more drones and police officers will be sent. So if you think one drone is annoying or intrusive, imagine five or six drones plus DHS with warrants to search for the weapon used.
