According to the news last night. Corzine should be recieving a fine of 48 dollars and some cents for his failure to wear a seatbelt.

The State Trooper driving the Suburban should be fired. He is a Law Enforcement officer. He KNOWS the law. He is NOT above the law.
This is one of the main problems I have with New Jersey. No offense meant to anyone who resides there but ya'll are nuts! If you are going 75 in an 18 wheeler you are holding up traffic and people go ballistic. But at the same time you will get pulled over for speeding and people are flying by you. Then one of these flying morons get into a wreck and people are even more pissed off because now they have to sit in traffic because someone is getting scraped off of the asphault. |

well i was thinkin that he was involved in something other than worrying about how fast his driver was going. i can tell you that his chances of a lawsuit are basically ruined in jersey by his lack of seat belt use. sucks for me!

Well since this was a none emergency and his life was not threatened then he should have made the driver slow down( he can do that).

He got what he deserved. he sounds like a Kennedy where no laws aply to him. i am glad he will know why the laws are what they are.
We arent concerned with his problems now,as its all he fault and he deserves what he got. |

I find this totally fucking amazing...the fucking governor was breaking the law, twice( speeding and no seat belt) and you people are saying that is ok everyone else is doing it. WTF!!!!. Let us thank God that his wreckless behavior only cost him and not some other innocent party on the highway.

Annie is right. The traffic moves at 80 to 85mph and State Troopers exceed that normally. It defently is a defensive driving experience and everybody must be attentive. When the Gov is on the road he travels with flashing lights.
