The GOP calls us Liberal, though very rarely does the Left use that term. Free thinking liberals are bad. Bible controlled GOPers are better than those on the Left... in their arrogant minds. Most religions do not say to torture the victim if rape for nine months, then tell this new mother she must make it on her own. Yet if you talk to most of those who cry about on demand abortion, they do not want social welfare either. Thought this was a Christian nation? I do not recall Jesus causing more pain upon anyone, let alone denying societies weakest charity and aid... Even if they were to abuse the aid. No, I think it is about control... Religion was simply the easy way to control the public.

I personally don't want to see any strict system. (capitalism, socialism, communism.) if I had to live under one if these strict systems, then let it be theroetical communism... (NOTE: I said theoretical, not what we have seen imposed as of yet) As current, the majority if the righties in this site want a return to the 18th century capitalism. (note we had slavery, and nearly a second civil war in that period...) I do not wish ti see this happen, so I am trying a new tactic... Imposing the strict capitalist views these people want imposed upon you and I. (John q public, no welfare) upon their companies. (no corporate welfare.) In two other post, I have tried to layout a plan to return companies to as near a state of pure capitalism as possible. No more write offs, no government meddling except where to protect lives and environment. I have not proposed cold turkey, but rather a slow let down process. Take away write offs from companies which do not pay a wage which keeps employees off the government dime. Over time, the taxes companies must pay for employees would be reduced as the need for the social safteynet no longer exist. Then and once the taxes have been lowered enough for capitalism to actually work again... The write offs would be reduced to a point which covers the taxes paid to the state/federal for the safteynet that would remain... And the write offs which the government deems needed to promote greater wealth. Sadly everyone and their mother wants to bitch at me for killing business... When all I am trying to show these neocons is that they can never have a return to the 1800s... At least without the nation becoming a corporate socialist nation.

As idea it was beautiful utopia unfortunately it was corrupted by the few. Keep in mind that many people died for this idea don't just dismiss it as evil.

No, it has more to do with our sickness of wanting everything, but providing nothing. Case in point, business and subsadized labor and then more subsadizes in write offs. The business hasn't earned anything, it simply is placing its cost onto the state... The right shouldn't worry about socialism... Were already communist.
