In fact, have you input anything differently than your first posts? How long are you going to post on this?

If the govt said EVERYTHING that goes on at these overseas sites, they would compromise thousands of troops and civilians. "You can't handle the truth".

No matter what info is released, it will never suffice for you or your conservatives and GOP blowhards.

Lucky, if you were in a place, and it was dangerous.... Would you wait til there was no security left before you thought to leave? These were not military ppl, and not forced to stay in those dangerous conditions.

Is the gov't required to give them a perfectly safe Utopia over-seas assignments? Are you harping on the fact that there was deaths? You know, troops had to buy gear on-line and family sent it to them in Iraq. They complained of Humvees that were not re-enforced and their body gear insufficient.

What do you have to say about that? The US Military sent troops into deadly war zones improperly geared-up. Happened under the Bush Regimes, so you won't bitch a fit about that, will ya?

Lucky:

"Especially when they go from 26 security people to 7 after repeated attacks on the compound. And threats coming from AQ that 9-11-12 there will be an attack on American targets in Benghazi and Tripoli."

And a US soldier fighting the wars the diplomats failed to prevent can't fight, because lazy ass people back here refuse to be a solider, let alone care about the soldiers.

I won't shed a tear for a man who can quit any day he wants if he doesn't like the security situation... A soldier cannot simply quit, but they can go to jail for killing the enemies of our nation... The enemies the diplomat core failed to prevent the creation of.

here, choke on this:

While House Republicans bicker over whether to exploit the Benghazi issue or to go after Obamacare, a CNN reporter has uncovered an adulterated email scandal that might slow down some of Daryl Issa's showy blustering. The bombshell is very simple: A "leaked" White House email about the Benghazi incident differs significantly from the real White House email about Benghazi. The real e-mail came from Ben Rhodes, who was the Deputy National Security Adviser for Strategic Communications when the Benghazi attack occurred. The mainstream media published the altered email and misquoted Rhodes to make it look as if the White House only cared about removing terrorism references and warnings. Allegations were thrown around that terrorism references and warnings would have made the State Department and Hillary Clinton look bad. CNN's Jake Tapper discovered the alteration and revealed the results in a May 14 CNN article.

Well, except the DOJ did not wiretap the AP.

Other than that one little fact, Mark has it completely correct...

pp: You just pulled a race card. I haven't seen that in awhile. If you want any kind of respect at all on this board don't do that. It means you have nothing and you just shit yourself.

"Bottom line is, the job of a diplomat is risky..."

Especially when they go from 26 security people to 7 after repeated attacks on the compound. And threats coming from AQ that 9-11-12 there will be an attack on American targets in Benghazi and Tripoli.

Given the Republican obsession with Benghazi talking points, it’s time for a very specific flashback. In 2008, two non partisan groups released a study that determined that President Bush and his top aides made 935 false statements about the security risk posed by Iraq in the two years following September 11, 2001.
