With the reelection of Obama/Biden and the increase of Senate seats by the Democratic Party, the balance of power in the Supreme Court could change in the next two years.
Which of the current Justices will be the first to be replaced? Second? Third? |

Who will provide the first opportunity for a change in the balance of power? Clarence Thomas seems to me to be the one whose health will fail fast.

For me personally, this was the number one reason I wanted him to win. The economy will correct, but the decisions of SCOTUS will affect generations to come. Buh Bye conservative rulings. |
