Philips was in the water trying to swim away from the pirates. The ship had both M-2 and m-60's in it's arsenal. An easy task to rip the lifeboat to shreds while that captain was away from the lifeboat. Capt Philips then and now has not said one word of thanks or support to Odumbo, not one word. You would have been spouting it since you have been feverishly digging. Most of us hear followed the incident closely and were shocked when the Navy ship was fired on, and then turned tail. That was not the ship captains decision, it was Odumbo's. The jackass actually leaked the change in ROE after conservatives were eating him up for the ship turning tail. It was publicly announced that the Seals could fire ONLY if Philips was in immediate danger. At the point they eventually fired Philips was in no more danger than he was when he jumped from the lifeboat and was fired on. Philips could not even be seen by the Seals because he was on the floor of the covered lifeboat. Get over it Bobby, your hero is a jackass.

Capt Philips got away from his captors jumping out of the live boat shortly after he was kidnapped. The navy ships ignored the pirates gunfire into the waters at Philips, when they had a clear shot to blow the pirates up, or shoot them. Philips was forced to swim back to his captors, BECAUSE Obama gave the ship commander orders not to fire on the pirates. We have gone over this before you ever came on the scene, and none of what Obama claims make sense about the incident. Obama supposedly changed the ROE to they could fire IF Philips was in immediate danger. When the shots were finally taken Philips was on the floor of a COVERED life boat. The Seals could not see Philips to know if he was in danger. They had the shot, and ignored the dumbass Obama and ended the incident. Prior to that incident Obama was seeking court martial on Seals. After that incident and the bump in polls he made the Seals his campaign mascots. This is all there for you to look up. As far as Philips not campaigning for Odumbfuckinass, ya can't find what did not happen. If I thought he saved my life I sure would have spoke for him, even though. Funny ehhh?
