If a weapon needed two of the items on the list in 1994 why does it only need one now? Same weapons now that were made in 1994. Oh I guess the best part is we can now keep our bayonets and we know how many times they have been used in mass killings lol.

User Details are only visible to members.	The FBI defines mass murder as four or more murders occurring during a particular event with no cooling-off period between the murders. Even if you do that the number of weapons remain the same 35 total have been used in all mass murders of four or more people. Go to the link and read it for yourself. And if you dig deeper into the stats they have only been used in a total of 25 shootings with a total of 35 weapons used ie: more than one by the same shooter. So the number cannot change.

Norcal..please don't even try the 'how it looks" ruse We both know each of those features have a function with things in common, to enable to shooter to be either more stealthy, and to enable the shooter to fire longer, and hit more targets in a shorter time with less trigger fatigue....don't be ridiculous

So now your going to try and convince us that you and your point of view are intelligent for classifying a firearm by how it looks and not by how it functions. Before you reply to this please take a look at the Ruger Mini 14's that Fienstien even does not classify as an assault weapon. One out of the five different models of this rifle that Ruger makes is just fine, but one of then, the "tactical" Rifle is on the list. They are exactly the same barreled actions, shoot the same ammo, with the same magazines, at the same rate of fire. Anyone who goes along with this crap has already overdosed on their stupid pills. This line of thought leaks like a fish net.
