CNC 80% lowers are available for finish machining, only needs a drill press. These are available for both 1911s and ARs. Anybody can make a poly frame gun if they know how to cast polymers. 3D printers use polymers. 3D printers can and are used in lost foam casting. As well CNC. It is economical and possible to build any firearm of quality in a garage or basement. As I already explained I can make a 12 gauge shotgun from two pieces of pipe that is nothing but two pieces of pipe until a shell is loaded. Completely legal.

Personally I wait until I see more information before I would post a "breaking" news story." Why does it matter who or why?" I don't think I said it mattered did I? What I was implyng is that I don't know if this is a story worthy of it's own thread. Why start a new thread every time a news story comes up on a subjet where there are already, what, 25 threads? I can't count them anymore.

A police state would have you tagged at birth. A police state would have spyware (governments) in every electronic device you own. Trust me, 1984 didn't know what a police state is... Trust me, If you would like me to give you more examples of a police state... I can. Party: There are levels of controls which do something and then there are controls which do not do something. In the case of the courthouse, the righties are correct... There isn't anything more that could have been done except to have each person step into a box and have a gun pointed to their head at all times until they were searched from head to toe. By the way, on either side of the box, there is a wall which is bolted into the ground... so that one cannot move around or otherwise get through without entering the box. Gun control is a failed left over from the 1900s which very soon will no longer help anyone. Technology has advanced to the point that very soon, the criminal will manufacture their own guns in their homes with 3d printing. Street Gangs will no longer need to buy from the lack market their weapons, they will buy from Epson a 3d printer and manufacture a fully automatic, drum filled assault rifle without it ever having been registered with the ATF. So both of you can waste your time bickering about gun control for the next 50 years and allow the criminals to get the upper hand or you can start doing something about society and how to fix it.

User Details are only visible to members.	You know what would have prevented all gun fire inside the courthouse? A locked box. Step one. You remove most every bit of metal from your body and place it into a tray. Step two: You walk into a chamber which seals behind you. Step three: You raise your arms and air blows onto you, so to check for explosives and other chemicals. Step Three, a metal detector activates to check for metal. Step Four: A door in front of you opens and you step into a second larger chamber with two officers, you are given a pat down for weapons. Step Five: If no objects, you leave said chamber and collect your belongings. This is what both of you want. (sides) Total and complete protection from all possible attack. One side wishes for the police state of the angry man with guns and the illusion that everyone carrying will be responsible. The other side desires the government to be the only ones with guns and ignores the reality that 3D printing will make this reality impossible. We have less than fifty years before the militia's and other groups which threaten revolt and violence gain the ability to use 3D printing on an industrialized scale... Before they could mass produce weapons... We do not have much time left to begin to swallow our pride and fix society... Yes, this means accepting a level of socialism and providing for dead beats. Yes this means that the dead beats will be tagged and kept under servalience for illegal activities. We will have to change our society so to adapt to the new realities that technology has given each and every citizen the ability to not only become a mass killer, but manufacture most all of the parts needed to create most any weapon such a killer could desire to have in their basement. This means that we must stop looking for enemies outside our country and start looking at our country and how it has fallen apart. The family unit has been nuked by business forcing parents to work night and day... Just to put food on the table... All in the name of Capitalism. The reduction of unwanted pregnancy was nuked by radical conservatives preventing their kids from learning about sex education and prevention (also having it as a right) and thus their kids are more likely to produce unwanted kids than those who know how to and use protection. (need only look at a map for unwanted pregnancy... more religious, more conservative areas have higher rates per capita) What does all of this mean? The old ideals no longer apply and religious rights will have to take a step to the side when it comes to those who leave the house on a daily bases. (unless you keep your kids inside the house 24/7... they are part of society at some point and must be the equal to all others in education to include sex ed.) Fact is, parents have failed to educate their kids for the future. There is no future in ignorance, greed and pride. That is all the right has left to offer and it must change or you will soon find yourself tossed aside like Israel tosses the Palestinians aside... A blight at worst and without a say in how the government is governed because you number too few... The right only has 15 to 20 years left to attract new blood or those who came here illegally will have kids who will be legal citizens and will have a vendetta against the Right. You on the right, dig your own grave.

Then next you say he was shot while he was reloading WOW what a post full of FACTS. LOL And yes he was stopped at two people. It MAY have been worse if no one there was armed. I cannot say it would have been.
